I work closely with staff to ensure our residents receive the highest level of care while motivating staff to be innovative regarding the care of our seniors and to start each resident’s day with a positive approach. I have spent over 8 years serving seniors while working for some of the most reputable names in senior living. I appreciates the beauty of Colorado and love spending time in the mountains with my family enjoying the outdoors.
